QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Question 1: Can you please resend the Drawings again? Because the current Drawing has some of the images and words are to appear somewhat blurry, including the Submittals Table in G1 of Drawings
Answer 1: See attached Drawing. The Drawing has been resized for better viewing.
Question 2: Can you confirm that the parking is 16’x20’ in accordance with the Drawing Sheet A1? As it appears somewhat not clear.
Answer 2: Yes, 16’x20’.
Question 3: Can you provide Specs for the wood bollards?
Answer 3: See attached for the drawing. The dry mix concrete should be at least 3 inches all around the wood bollard.
Question 4: Are there any underground utilities running through the project site? Is there a plot map of underground utilities?
Answer 4: Contractor will need to call 811. I doubt 811 will come out, but contractor will have documentation they took the proper steps. Park knows where most of the lines are, although there is a change some water or sewer line will be hit. It will be up to the park to make repairs.
Question 5: Will the building continue to be occupied during the construction project?
Answer 5: Yes, park will manage park operations through the back door.
Question 6: After the contractor removes the existing stairs, as is in the process to install the new ramp-stairs, will the TPWD Staff be using the back stairs during this time?
Answer 6: Yes, same as answer on question 5.
