About this file
This document is an Addendum #1 to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2024-04 issued by the ChildCareGroup Procurement Office for Early Childhood Classroom and Teacher Effectiveness Assessment Tools. The RFQ seeks research-based tools to measure classroom interactions, teacher skills, and provide targeted coaching to improve classroom quality and language skills for infants through PreK. Interested parties should review the RFQ packet and submit questions by July 17, 2024 at 6pm CST, with completed proposals due on July 30, 2024 at 6pm CST. The RFQ clarifies that the program will be mostly in-person with potential for hybrid coaching, and will involve 3 five-week cycles over the year with a minimum of 20 participating classrooms. Vendors must sign and include Addendum #1 with their proposals.
The RFQ specifies that the program will be funded through Greater Dallas, Heart of Texas, and Southeast Texas Workforce Solutions boards. The number of coaches to be trained is a minimum of one and no more than five. Proposal responses will be evaluated based on evidence of qualifications, and the RFQ provides details on the evaluation criteria to be used.
