SFA is seeking bids for the provision of a variety of tire-related services including flat tire repair, tire mounting/dismounting, tire alignment, tire disposal, replacement of low-pressure sensors, tire balancing, roadside service, and the purchase of new tires. The contract term is from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. Bids are due on July 12, 2024 at 3:00 PM. SFA will make a primary and secondary contractor award based on the lowest evaluated pricing.

The pricing requested includes both flat-rate and unit-based costs for the various services. SFA has provided a list of the most commonly used tire sizes and requests that a set of the more popular tires be stocked at all times. Pricing should be in line with or better than State of Texas contract pricing. SFA reserves the right to cancel the contract if the quality of services falls below acceptable levels. Bidders must submit a signed ITB, a non-collusion affidavit, and acknowledgement of any addenda.
