About this file

This document is an attachment to an RFP issued by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) for Armored Car Services at TxDMV Regional Service Centers. The RFP seeks responses for providing armored car services at 9 of TxDMV's Regional Service Centers located in Abilene, Austin, Longview, Odessa, Wichita Falls, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and/or San Antonio. Respondents must complete the Disclosure of Interested Parties Form to identify partners, major stockholders, paid consultants, intermediaries, and subcontractors involved in the response. The RFP also requires disclosure of any gifts, donations, meetings, or benefits offered to TxDMV staff.

The RFP does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbent contractors, funding requirements, or contract term and renewal options. However, it emphasizes TxDMV's commitment to vetting any conflicts of interest or appearance of conflicts that may arise during the procurement process.
