The project involves removing failing veneer brick from three existing chimneys and reconstructing two missing chimneys, as well as replacing the cedar shingle roof and installing a new lightning protection system. A mandatory on-site pre-proposal conference will be held on June 12, 2024, and proposals are due by 2:00 PM CT on June 27, 2024. The THC requires a minimum of 8 years' experience for eligible contractors, with preference given to respondents with similar project experience. A HUB Subcontracting Plan and proposal security in the form of a bid bond or certified check are required.

Pricing details are not provided in the document, but it states that respondents will be evaluated based on their company experience, qualifications, and pricing. Subcontractors must meet the same requirements as the primary contractor. All inquiries must be submitted in writing, and late proposals will not be accepted. The contract award will be made by the THC.
