About this file

This document is an addendum to Solicitation No. TRS000487 for Commercial Real Estate Broker Services issued by the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS). The addendum extends the proposal submission deadline to June 5, 3:00 P.M. Central Time. TRS is seeking Commercial Real Estate Broker Services to locate multiple commercial leasing spaces for TRS regional offices, with the first office location in the South Texas region and future locations to be determined. The addendum provides clarification on the definition of "subcontractor" in the context of this solicitation, noting that tenant representatives for lease space would not be considered subcontractors.

The solicitation requires respondents to review the "Finding HUB Vendors" section in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document to determine if a vendor qualifies as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB). The addendum does not provide any additional details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information beyond what is included in the original solicitation.
