This document is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the Houston Community College (HCC) System for Facilities Condition Assessment Services. HCC is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a Facilities Condition Assessment (FCA) for multiple college-owned properties across the Houston, Missouri City, Katy, and Stafford areas, comprising approximately 5.4 million square feet of space. The assessment will evaluate the buildings' structural, electrical, mechanical, and other systems, and provide recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and replacements over a 20-year period. The RFQ includes details on the scope of work, proposed contract terms, submittal requirements, and the evaluation and selection process. Responses are due by June 4, 2024, and HCC anticipates making a contract award recommendation to its Board of Trustees in August 2024.
