About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) issued by Texas State University for a Job Order Contracting (JOC) contract. The university is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide construction services for capital improvement, renovation, infrastructure, and other facility-related projects as needed. The term of the contract will be for one year, with an option to renew for one additional year.
The addendum revises the pricing and proposal submission deadlines, as well as clarifies the term of the contract, which may not exceed $6,000,000. It also includes an agenda for a pre-submittal conference, a sign-in sheet, and business cards from attendees. The pricing proposal requires respondents to provide a coefficient that will be applied to the unit prices listed in the RSMeans cost guide, adjusted for the Austin, Texas area. The university has determined that subcontracting opportunities are probable, and a HUB Subcontracting Plan is required as part of the proposal.
