About this file

This document contains a series of questions and answers related to a solicitation by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) for the procurement of men's gym shorts for resale in TDCJ commissaries statewide. The solicitation requires blank shorts without logos, with specific packaging requirements, and a preferred delivery timeframe of 14 days. Electronic signatures are acceptable, and bids should be submitted to the bids@tdcj.texas.gov email address. The solicitation also notes that the bidder can be the sole bidder and that HUB subcontracting requirements do not preclude this.

The document also includes a related state and local contract opportunity for the procurement of men's gym shorts, with details on the electronic submission process and the state agency, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, involved in the solicitation.
