About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) for Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services for Phase 2 of the Capitol Complex Project in Austin, Texas. The RFQ requests qualifications to provide professional HVAC TAB services for two new state office buildings, an extension of the pedestrian mall, and associated parking structures and infrastructure. The addendum provides clarification on the project's mechanical engineer, commissioning agent, and the estimated budget of $600,000 for the TAB services. It also includes lists of attendees from the mandatory pre-solicitation conferences held on April 9 and April 10, 2023.
The RFQ indicates that TFC will award the contract to a single TAB firm. The proposal deadline is April 23, 2024. The contract term and any renewal options are not specified in the provided information. The addendum does not include details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or sources.
