About this file

This is an errata document issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service on February 13, 2026, amending the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest Campground Prospectus originally posted November 3, 2025. The errata revises the Three-Year Average Gross Revenue figures in Appendix 20 (Description of Developed Recreation Sites and Facilities) for all campgrounds listed in the prospectus. The revision reflects corrected calculations that now include camping fees, day use fees, and firewood sales, less annual taxes paid by the concessionaire—a definition not explicitly stated in the original table. The document provides two complete tables: the existing table with original revenue figures and a replacement table with substantially revised figures for all 20 campgrounds across two ranger districts (Bridgeport and Carson).

The revised Three-Year Average Gross Revenue figures are significantly lower than the original estimates for most campgrounds, with reductions ranging from approximately 33% to 67%. For example, Crags Campground and Group Site decreased from $300,932.12 to $100,310.71, Robinson Creek North and South Campground decreased from $306,521.56 to $102,173.85, and Trumbull Lake Campground decreased from $191,854.23 to $63,951.41. These corrected figures represent more accurate financial projections for prospective concessionnaires evaluating the economic viability of operating these recreation facilities under Granger-Thye concession agreements.
