About this file

This document contains a market research questionnaire and request for information related to a planned federal procurement for cable repair ship services. The Navy is seeking information from interested parties to help improve acquisition planning for the T-ARC(X) Cable Repair Ship program. The market research questionnaire requests company information and NAICS code small business size status. It asks whether companies are interested in pursuing the opportunity as a prime contractor or subcontractor. Interested vendors must submit a five-page capability statement detailing their ability to meet requirements in the draft system specification. Responses to instructions are also requested. The draft specification is controlled and requires a signed non-disclosure agreement to receive. Only U.S. companies may propose as prime contractors, and any teaming with non-U.S. companies would require an export license.
