CLIN 0001 requires on-site System Integration Testing (SIT) for the Strategic Weapon Interface Simulator (SWIS) at Kings Bay Trident Training Facility, including on-site personnel to conduct testing per approved schedules, supporting headquarters personnel for coordination and troubleshooting, and delivery of a final SIT report. CLIN 0002 mandates deployment and installation support for the Columbia program at Kings Bay Trident Training Facility in Georgia, including pre-deployment planning, on-site engineering support, and delivery of an Installation Final Report. CLIN 0003 (base) requires the contractor to establish repair capability for SSBN-R Fire Control Hardware Configuration Items by reviewing and updating cross-reference indexes, operational documents, quality technical instructions, production test and inspection plans, repair routing and procedures, and delivery of a final report on expanded repair capabilities. CLINs 0004 and 0005 are optional efforts running through September 30, 2028, requiring repair and recertification services for nine Columbia and five Dreadnought (United Kingdom-owned) components respectively, with monthly financial status reports, weekly program status reports, quarterly trouble and failure reports using SSP Form 3100.1, and monthly repair completion notices. All work must comply with specified T9001 checklists (modified March 24, 2025), operational documents, and Strategic Systems Programs procedures and standards.
