About this file
This document is a Notice of Intent to Award for a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Department of Technology, Management & Budget's Printing Services division of the State of Michigan. The RFQ is for the production of an EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN BOOKLET with a quantity of 2,000. The print consultant for this project is Scott Barclay, who can be contacted at 517-636-7744 or Barclays@Michigan.gov. Three bidders responded, with O'KEEFE being the recommended vendor based on their offering the best value to the State in terms of the evaluation criteria factors and price. The recommended vendor has an 18-day turnaround time and has indicated they can provide the printing services in Michigan.
The pricing submitted by the bidders ranges from $6,649.00 to $14,647.01. Printing Services reserves the right to perform the work in-house if elected. An actual award will be issued after an order is received and the decision has been made to issue the project to the recommended vendor. Any vendor wishing to protest the award must do so electronically through the Vendor Self Service system prior to the posted deadline.
