Educational_Impact_Sole_Source_2024.pdf

This document is a verification letter from Educational Impact Inc., dated April 2024, providing sole source confirmation for their Online Professional Development Academy. The letter verifies that Educational Impact is the exclusive producer and provider of an online professional development platform containing over 400 customized courses, with a reference link (www.educationalimpact.info/courses) for a complete course listing. The document appears to be supporting a potential sole source procurement process, likely for educational professional development services in Florida.

The letter is signed by George Elias, President and CEO of Educational Impact Inc., located in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, and provides contact information for further inquiries. While specific pricing, contract terms, and detailed procurement information are not included in this document, the sole source verification suggests the company is seeking to establish or maintain a direct procurement relationship with a governmental or educational entity, potentially streamlining the acquisition process for their comprehensive online professional development course offerings.
