RFQ – Questions & Answers (FSA) Shredding Services – Solicitation ED-FSA-17-R-0006

Question – Is there an incumbent contractor for this effort?

Answer – Yes, there is an incumbent contractor for this effort.

Question – Is there space allocated for the contractor’s use in each of the listed facilities to perform the required document destruction?

Answer – Allocated space varies from region to region. It depends on where and how the buildings are constructed.

Question – Will Government provided shredding equipment be made available at each site?

Answer – No, contract bidder will have to provide the necessary equipment.

Question – If the contractor is to provide shredding equipment, will the Government provide information regarding space, power, and other equipment considerations for each site?

Answer – Each site is constructed differently. The Government expects the bidder to be able to provide the necessary equipment needed for each site.

Question – When and how much access will contractor on-site personnel have access to the supported sites?

Answer – The contractor will have full access to each site to complete the process of shredding and destruction.
