Front Street, Boise, ID 83702, or at financial institution(s) designated by County, which may vary among the different County offices and departments. Necessary levels of service also vary, as each office and department have different needs, and an individual County office or department’s needs can also fluctuate on a seasonal basis depending on its duties and services.

Service Locations:

• A list of participating County departments and their physical addresses are provided in Attachment A. Frequency and volume of deposits will vary by location. County will work with awarded vendor to map out a route within estimated times provided.

Armored Car Transportation Services:

• Proposers shall provide secure pick-up and delivery of deposits (cash, checks, money orders) from various County offices and departments listed in Attachment A hereto.

• Proposers shall transport deposits to County’s designated financial institution(s).

• It is assumed that the cash, checks, and other documents are to be given to the selected proposer at each pick-up site in sealable, tamper-evident plastic bags.

o Proposers shall indicate whether they can provide such bags to County and whether there are any costs associated therewith and, if so, such costs shall be separately identified in the proposal.

o Proposers shall also indicate whether they require customers to use the bags they provide or whether customers can use bags obtained from other sources and, if so, whether there are any requirements that such bags must meet.

• Proposers shall demonstrate their ability to make same-day deposits into County’s designated financial institution(s) prior to 4:00 p.m. local time for same-day credit and describe any limitations on such ability.

• Proposers shall indicate whether they provide cash-exchange services.

o If such services are offered, proposers shall indicate whether such services can be provided on regularly scheduled service days at the regularly scheduled times at the locations identified in Attachment 1 hereto.

Agreement:

• The successful proposer shall have valid access agreement(s) with County’s designated financial institution(s), currently with U.S. Bank, and shall enter into access agreement(s) if or when County changes its designated financial institution(s) or designates new financial institution(s) as may be necessary to allow it to deliver deposits to the same and shall further comply with any and all on-site security policies and procedures required by County and its designated financial institution(s).

• When County awards an agreement pursuant to a competitive solicitation such as this RFP 25073, it generally does not negotiate terms but understands there may be a need to add or modify certain terms for the services contemplated herein.

o Proposers shall indicate whether they would require any specific terms to be included or modified in the sample agreement attached to RFP 25073 as Exhibit B and, if so, they shall provide such proposed terms or modifications for County’s consideration and evaluation. County further reserves the right to modify the terms set forth in the sample agreement prior to or upon award to account for services that the successful proposer demonstrates that it has the ability to provide.

Optional On-Site Safe Services:

• Proposers shall identify whether they offer an on-site safe option that supports a reduction in the frequency of pick-ups to one (1) or two (2) times per week, depending on volume, from locations as outlined in Attachment 1 hereto, and enables daily deposits and provisional credit with County’s designated financial institution(s).

o If such an option is offered, proposers shall provide all associated pricing, cost-savings, specifications, and requirements for such option within their proposal and include pricing in Cost Proposal (BT-39FQ).

o Proposers shall identify whether their on-site safes have the ability to accept cash, coins, checks, etc.

• Proposers shall comply with all federal, state, and local regulations related to transportation of currency and financial instruments and confirm their ability to comply with the same.
