About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a federal contract opportunity to upgrade EBSCO subscriptions for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity.

The PWS outlines that the vendor, EBSCO Publishing, will upgrade the current Business Source Complete subscription to provide access to the Business Source Ultimate database as well as additional online collections and platforms including Art & Architecture Source, Engineering Source, Energy & Power Source, Leadership & Management Source, Harvard eBooks, Business eBooks, and Accel5/AMA Microcourses. This digital content will support USACE personnel in accomplishing their missions by providing access to full-text documents, indices and abstracts, news, current events, policy and analysis documents, books, conference proceedings, reports and white papers. Users can set up personalized alerts and profiles to receive notifications of new relevant content.

The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice for a fixed-price purchase order to EBSCO Publishing for these subscription services. The base period of performance will be from 30 September 2024 to 29 September 2025, with one option year expected. No competition is currently sought, as EBSCO Publishing is identified as the sole source for this requirement.
