About this file

This is a Letter of Interest (LOI) submission document for the Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA) program in Washington County, Oregon. The document represents the county's interest in participating in or establishing the EASA initiative, which appears to be a collaborative effort to provide early assessment and supportive services. The submission outlines the jurisdiction's commitment to the program and its readiness to engage in the proposed activities. Specific details regarding service delivery models, target populations, performance metrics, and implementation timelines would be contained within the full solicitation materials available through the Washington County Solicitation portal at www.washcopurch.com/biz.

The LOI serves as a preliminary expression of interest rather than a comprehensive bid response and does not include detailed pricing, budget allocations, or contract terms at this stage. Interested organizations and service providers should consult the complete solicitation documentation on the Washington County purchasing portal for comprehensive information regarding funding sources, financial requirements, contract duration, renewal provisions, any set-asides for specific vendor categories, and other substantive terms and conditions governing participation in the EASA program.
