About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attachment that provides details on the required languages and estimated call volumes for the Language & Interpretation Support Services contract opportunity. The USCIS Refugee, Asylum, and International Operations (RAIO) Directorate requires language interpretation services to support anticipated and surge workload for over 625 interviewing Asylum Officers located across the United States. The Contractor(s) will be required to provide telephonic interpretation services, with the ability to quickly increase staffing levels to address surges and meet time-sensitive requirements. The PWS Attachment lists 61 required languages with estimated call volumes ranging from 25 to over 120,000 calls per base year. This market research is being conducted to assess the marketplace's ability to address the Agency's needs, with the intent to expand competition. Interested parties are requested to provide their company information, capabilities, and experience in providing large-scale language interpretation services.
