Statement of Work For
MK 29 Guided Missile Launching System Launcher Cell Covers Testing
1 Scope: This task is to complete the Seal (MIL-STD-202G) and Spray Tight (MIL-STD-108E) test on the MIN MOD Cell Cover. This is to support validation of design and functionality for use with the ESSM BLK 2 Missile.
2 Applicable Documents: Cell Cover Test Plan

2.3 Non-Government Standards and Other Publications.
3 Requirements.
3.1 General. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the tasks and deliverables described in this Statement of Work (SOW).
3.2 The contractor shall provide test reports for the tests conducted and provide pass/fail data.
3.3 Shipping. The contractor shall fabricate any necessary transportation fixture and/or crates when shipping test covers back to originator. If shipping charges apply (FOB Origin), please add the estimated shipping cost for ground freight shipments to your quote.
3.4 Place of Performance. Work to be done within the United States.
3.5 Meetings.
3.5.1 Post-award Kickoff Meeting. Within 10 business days of contract award, the Government will conduct a post-award kickoff teleconference.
3.5.2 Intermittent Project Status Reviews. At the sole discretion of the Government, intermittent project status reviews maybe conducted on an informal basis by telephone, teleconference, or on-site meeting.
3.6 Delivery, Deliverables and Furnished Items. Schedules for deliverables specified below. All deliverables shall be prepared and submitted according to format, content, and schedule described in the SOW.
3.7 Sample Items. We are requesting test reports and status updates of Cell Cover P/N: 10706-A-001.
Testing and test reports need to be completed by 5 May 2023.
3.8. Government Furnished Property: Part to be tested will provided and returned upon completion of Test.
