About this file
This is a Due Diligence Posting document from the Massachusetts state government regarding a Best Value Offer for proprietary services through the WRCH (Western Regional Collaborative for Healthcare). The posting announces the Commonwealth's intent to accept a best value offer from Schneider for Fiscal Year 27 services. The document outlines the evaluation process for determining best value based on specified criteria, including cost, quality, and other relevant factors that will be weighted according to the procurement methodology. The posting provides notification to interested parties of the pending award and allows for a designated review period during which stakeholders may submit comments or objections regarding the proprietary service selection.
The due diligence posting serves as a transparency mechanism under Massachusetts procurement law, requiring public notice before acceptance of a best value offer for proprietary services. This posting period allows vendors, community members, and other interested parties an opportunity to review the proposed selection and submit feedback to the procuring agency before final award. The specific terms of the contract, including pricing, contract duration, and renewal options, would be detailed in the final contract documents following the due diligence review period. The Commonwealth's use of the best value procurement method indicates consideration of factors beyond price alone in selecting the service provider.
