Intrafleet Ship Moves, WYMAN and CAPE FEAR, Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) Provide tugs, pilotage, riding crew, and other services as required to:

1. Move the vessel WYMAN from her berth on offshore I-Row to the berth at the offshore end of J-Row (alongside CAPE JACOB). WYMAN is currently bow-South (pointed down river) and may be moored bow-South on J-Row.

2. Move the vessel CAPE FEAR from her berth on offshore G-Row to the berth at the offshore end of I-Row (alongside GREEN MOUNTAIN STATE). CAPE FEAR is currently bow-South (pointed down river) and must be turned to point bow-North for mooring on I-Row.

These moves are being accomplished to free up the vessel WICHITA on G-Row for a future end-of-row departure, currently scheduled for late January – early February 2013.

It is desired that both ship moves be accomplished on the same day. Estimated favorable tides/currents at SBRF for these moves are:

· January 8, beginning @ approximately 1000

· January 17, beginning @ approximately 0700

· January 23, beginning @ approximately 1000

· Actual day of ship moves to be mutually acceptable between SBRF and Tower/Contractor.

Both ships, WYMAN and CAPE FEAR, will be dead-ship, not under their own power.

Tower/Contractor shall provide a riding crew aboard the ships being moved (WYMAN and CAPE FEAR).

Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet will provide the following:

· Disconnecting shore power from ships.

· Heave up and stow anchors and chain.

· Shaft and rudder locks.

· Stowing brow between ships being moved and the row.

· Positioning of mooring fenders.

· Line handlers aboard GREEN MOUNTAIN STATE, CAPE JACOB and WICHITA.

· Transportation for Tower/Contractor’s riding crew, Pilot/PIC from SBRF pier-to-ship, ship-to-ship between moves, and ship-to pier after all moves are complete.

· Portable toilets aboard ships being moved.

Determining the number of resources required, including the number and type of tugs and pilot/PIC, will be the responsibility of the Contractor.
