QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

QUESTION ANSWER

1) Solicitation verbiage in FBO states that the completion of services is 60 days after award.

a). Shouldn’t this be changed to read 60 days after notice to proceed or after vessel arrival at contractor’s facility?

b). The quote sheet has 45 days on Item 0001. Which is correct – 60 days or 45 days for completion of services?

a) It should read “45-days after Notice to Proceed” which will be once COR notifies the ACO the vessel has arrived at the potential offeror’s facility.

b) The 45 –days is correct.

2) Statement of Work CLIN-0001 Services, first paragraph states to estimate 200 gallons of fuel on board at delivery.

Which quantity is correct?

Correct amount of remaining fuel is 1000 gallons.
