USMMA Banner Procurement

Question 1

Can you please clarify the dimensions of item no: 0001, 0005, 0015, and 0016.

Answer one

The dimensions of banners number one and five are listed in the Banner List available for download at the fed biz ops posting. The dimensions of banners 15 and 16 are clarified in questions and answers 1 also available at the fed biz posting.

Question 2

Is there a specific material that is required for the banners?

Answer Two

No specific material is required; however, all materials must meet the requirements of the statement of work.

Question 3 There will be vectored art for logos and photos will need to be very high resolution blow up to sizes?

Answer three

All available graphic photographs and logos have been posted to the fed biz op notice of opportunity.

Question 4 Item No. 15: what size pole pocket?

Requirement 17: What size pole and diameter and what size bracket i.e 18"/24"/36"

Answer Five

The poles should be to a quarter inch in diameter, 4'5" long and made of aluminum. The brackets will mount the backside of the banner 1 1/2 inches from the surface the brackets are mounted on.

Question 6 Vinyl weight 13 OZ is standard - Heaver weights are available. Shall we include price for the heaver.

Answer Six

The materials and manufacturing of the banners material and manufacturing must meet specifications in the Statement of Work. All vendors are encouraged to provide options priced independently and a brief explanation of why such an option may be in the best interests of the Academy.

Question 7 We suggest using a product that reinforces better then sewing and grommets; mega tape and power tabs - Shall we provide price?

Answer Seven

The material and manufacturing of the banners must meet the specifications in the Statement of Work. All vendors are encouraged to provide options priced independently and a brief explanation of why such an option may be in the best interests of the Academy.

Question 8 How are the banners being installed?

Answer Eight

The banners will be installed at a small collegiate outdoor football Stadium by Academy personnel. Vendors are welcome to provide installation suggestions.

Requires photo proofs for quote in paragraph 2 statement of work.

Answer Nine

Proofs must be submitted with a quote.

Question 10

Swooper flag 8' /11' /15' what type of pole and ground stake?

Answer 10

Swooper flag should be 12 foot in length, the type of pole and ground stake must meet statement of work. If different types of pole and ground stake are available please submit as options.

Question 11

Do the proofs have to be full-size?

Answer 11

The proofs do not have to be full-size. The vendor is encouraged to submit alternative designs if they feel it is appropriate. Please price these alternative graphic design separately.
