Government’s response: Sponsors final report includes information on the following five topics.

The reports might include other information but the primary focus will be on the above five items.

2. Vendor’s question: We noticed 2016 B&A study is already available at https://www.transit.dot.gov/funding/grant-programs/capital-investments/and-after-studies-new-starts-projects - Is this the report that is mentioned?

RFP under A.3 Personal experience. Experience with Predicted vs. Actual are needed to complete the work successfully.

8. Vendor’s question: May we submit the resumes as a separate attachment to ensure that there is no issue with the Page Limit of the Technical and Management Approach

Volume?
