All services specified in these requirements shall be performed in accordance with the Cleaning Quality Standards described later in this SOW. The determination of the total man-hour requirement for the performance of all services herein specified, as well as all other cost factors, is the sole responsibility of the contractor. The hours when services are to be performed, other than stated above, are shown in the Frequency Schedule, C019, specifications. Where no hours are shown, the performance shall be at all times mutually acceptable to the Contractor and the Contracting Officer’s
Representative (COR); however, no janitorial services or cleaning activities are to interfere in any manner with the normal operations of the Center. Advance coordination by the COR may require certain services in critical areas to be performed on a mid-watch schedule (between midnight and 6:00 a.m.). FAA employees are performing official duties in these areas during the time contract work is being done. These areas contain critical and specialized equipment. The Contractor shall give very special attention to the contract work performed in these areas. The COR will advise the Contractor as to the best and safest methods for contract performance in these areas.
The facility areas require service seven (7) days per week; Monday through Sunday, due to the 24/7 needs of the facility. The NE Storage Building, NAV/COM and Medical Building, and Building 8 are not occupied on weekends and will not require weekend services. Any changes to the service schedule must be coordinated with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The following hours are required:
