About this file

This document is an addendum to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by MMCAP Infuse, a multi-state group purchasing organization, for a DSCSA Compliance Storage Solution. The addendum provides answers to questions submitted by potential respondents. The key details are:

MMCAP Infuse is seeking qualified respondents to provide DSCSA compliant storage solutions, not a full Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. The agreement template can be edited, and any proposed edits must be identified in the respondent's proposal. The Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) SLM Workbook is a pass/fail requirement that awarded vendors will need to complete, but it does not need to be submitted with the proposal. The RFP is for DSCSA storage solutions, and responses will be used to establish contracts that comply with all regulatory aspects related to DSCSA requirements.

The related state and local contract opportunity involves the state of Oregon, specifically Marion County and the city of Salem. Responses must be submitted to MMCAP Infuse per the RFP instructions.

RFP Title: DSCSA Compliance Storage Solution

Scope of Addendum

The following are answers to questions submitted to MMCAP Infuse:

1. Question: Is MMCAP Infuse looking for a complete Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution or a DSCSA standalone solution?

Answer: The current DSCSA RFP has been solicited for DSCSA storage solutions only.

2. Question: The agreement template says “draft” in the RFP. Is the agreement template in the DSCSA

RFP able to be edited?

Answer: Yes, the agreement template can be edited as outlined in Step 3, Section 5, Exhibit B:

Agreement Template. Any proposed edits to the agreement template must be identified in Responder’s proposal (submitted in Microsoft Word unlocked, using track changes, unrestricted for editing, and separate from the RFP Technical Proposal Response).

3. Question: The MNIT SLM Workbook is new to me, is there any direction on how this should be filled out?

Answer: The SLM Workbook does not need to be completed as part of Responder’s proposal, however it is a Pass/Fail criteria that Responder acknowledges they will complete this workbook if an intent to award is provided to the Responder. Awarded vendors will need to complete the Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) SLM Workbook as a requirement for an IT contract with the State of Minnesota. Any specific questions related to the SLM Workbook will need to be addressed with Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), which is the central IT organization for the State of Minnesota. Upon award, MMCAP Infuse can assist Responder with contact information within MNIT.
