The letter provides instructions for accessing and submitting bids through CalRecycle's electronic bidding platform (eBid), accessible via a designated URL through the CityInnovate vendor portal. Bidders must register as vendors, review the solicitation details, complete all required documents, and submit their proposals through the portal interface. For questions regarding the solicitation, interested parties should contact Nadine Mills, Contract Analyst with CalRecycle's Administrative Services Branch, at (916) 341-6399 or via email at contracts@calrecycle.ca.gov. The letter does not specify pricing terms, contract duration, award dates, or other financial details related to this solicitation. This document serves as formal notification of the bidding opportunity and provides procedural guidance for vendors seeking to respond to CalRecycle's request for qualifications regarding environmental impact reporting services for composting facilities.
