About this file
This document is a Draft Technical Evaluation Factor for Technical Library Management, specifically focusing on Company Experience for a potential contract with the Military Sealift Command. The evaluation factor requires offerors to demonstrate extensive experience in various technical library management tasks, including:
Offerors must provide evidence of their capabilities across nine specific areas outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), such as managing technical library records, maintaining regulatory body approval files for ship designs, converting documents to digital formats, updating metadata, providing lamination support, and creating engineering drawings in AutoCAD. Contractors must submit copies of government or commercial contracts from the past 5 years as proof of experience, including contract award amounts, performance work statements, and employer contact information. The government may independently verify the submitted experience, and failure to provide valid, verifiable documentation could result in the offeror being deemed technically unacceptable for the contract opportunity.
