The SOW includes six optional modules that may be exercised individually at the Government's discretion: Esploro Research Services Platform for research information management and researcher profiles; Rialto Marketplace for streamlined acquisitions workflows; Specto Analytics for analytics and visualization tools; Library Open Workflow (LOW) for low-code API workflow automation and data transformations; Alma Digital for management and discovery of digital collections; and Alma Premium Sandbox for enhanced sandbox functionality. Deliverables include continuous availability of the hosted environment, vendor-managed upgrades and enhancements, security and compliance documentation, system status notifications, and technical support services in accordance with Ex Libris support policies.
