The Government shall not exercise direct supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the incidental services herein. Such contract providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

1.1. Introduction: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to conduct an Audio Visual (AV) Refresh at the Slippery Rock Training facility as defined in this statement of work (SOW) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. Additionally, the Server IO provides acoustic echo cancellation (AEC), as well as a full equalizer, and the ability to leverage beamforming microphone arrays and AI-based noise improvement.

Each of the five classrooms shall have a beamforming ceiling microphone array, which shall connect back to the Server IO. Additionally, each classroom shall also have two (2) wireless handheld microphones and two (2) wireless lavalier microphones, all on their own channels.
