About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details requirements for leasing three hazardous materials gas detectors for 48 months at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro, NC. The detectors must detect up to 4 gases (LEL Pentane, CO, H2S, O2) with PID Detection capability, featuring rechargeable lithium-ion batteries with 12-hour run capacity, backlit LCD screens, and high-visibility colored cases. The equipment must operate in temperatures from -4F to 122F and include audible (95dB), visual, and vibrating alarms.

The lease includes desktop chargers, docking stations, regulators, and gas cylinders with wall mounts. The package requires WiFi-based Live Virtual Commissioning for equipment monitoring and software upgrades, along with a cloud service subscription covering maintenance, repairs, shipping, calibration gas replacement, docking stations, and training. The vendor must provide unlimited calibration gas replacement, initial training, and ongoing customer support via phone and email.
