This is a Statement of Work for replacement and refinishment of exterior building components across 13 structures: 10 Billets (15'x30'), one Kitchen (20'x30'), one Bathhouse (26'x50'), and one Pavilion (30'x60'). Work encompasses roofing, doors, windows, skylights, wall finishes, painting, signage, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and lighting.

Roofing specifications require demolition of existing flashing, gutters, and composite shingle roofing, followed by installation of 3-inch polyiso rigid insulation board (ASTM C1289), DensDeck glass mat roofing board (ASTM C1177), and Berridge Tee Panel 22 gauge 1-inch snap-on seam metal roofing at 12.75-inch on-center spacing with acrylic-coated Galvalum finish (ASTM A792). Doors and frames must be hollow metal 16-gauge insulated units with 14-gauge fully welded frames, hot-dip galvanized per ASTM A123 with acrylic coating (4-mil minimum). Windows are Milgard A250 aluminum awning units with clear anodized finish and dual-pane Low-E2 glass. Skylights are Velux EcoSky3–CLD3 double dome units with aerogel-filled laylite and mill aluminum frames. Exterior wall treatment includes AFC Swisspearl construction fiber cement facade board (1/4-inch thick) with stainless steel fasteners, cement plaster finishes (La Habra Allegro II Buff), and CMU sealer (Prosoco Siloxane WB). Paint specifications require SW Acrolon 218 HS satin polyurethane topcoat with SW Macropoxy 646 epoxy primer, applied via spray with sandblast surface preparation per SSPC-SP standards.

Mechanical systems for the Bathhouse include a Phoenix Air Pro Series PH6802C evaporative cooler with side discharge, 2-speed 120-volt motor, and a Greenheck SE1-18-424-A5 exhaust fan with 3000/4500 CFM and 2-speed 120-volt motor. Billets require Innovair WIN18H2V51 GFCI mini-split AC units. Electrical work specifies 28 RAB Entra W wall lights, 13 RAB SUMO-R-12 ceiling lights, and three Westgate LFX-MD-15 area lights, all set to 4000K color temperature, with 3/4-inch EMT conduit and Leviton switches. Signage consists of 6-inch high clear anodized aluminum individual arial numbers with 1-inch shadow offset pin mounting. All materials are specified as "or equal," with manufacturer compliance required, and shop drawings must be submitted for roofs, doors, windows, skylights, cement board, and signage.
