STATEMENT OF WORK

Remove and Replace Boiler at RAN B977

JBSA- Randolph AFB

01 NOV 2022

SCOPE OF WORK

This project is one for one, removal and replacement of boiler at Randolph B977

HVAC shop will perform an inhouse removal and installation of the failed boiler. HVAC boiler technicians will disconnect power, lockout and tagout power source. Boiler technicians will proceed to isolate supply and return valves to boiler, to include isolating gas line prior to removal.

Process will include disconnecting all supply and return hot water piping to boiler, to include gas supply line. This includes removal and re-installation of flue pipe to boiler. HVAC boiler technicians will remove failed boiler and re-install new boiler. After installation of new boiler, HVAC boiler technicians will proceed to reconnect supply and return domestic water lines to boiler, to include reconnecting gas line to boiler. Leak check will be performed after boiler installation is complete. Boiler will be power up and gas turn on for proper operation of Boiler. Draft
