About this file

This is a Statement of Requirements Draft for an Integrated Communication Console (C2) System Replacement at Maxwell Alternate Command Post. The document specifies the need for three telephone controller positions with comprehensive technical requirements, including JITC and DISA compliance, ability to integrate with the primary command post's UNIFY system, support for 911-dispatch call center volume, digital voice recording, and compatibility with existing Cisco voice infrastructure. Key system capabilities include multi-line conferencing, UHF radio integration, digital archiving, caller ID, expandability to 45 additional users, and touch-screen workstation integration.

The statement outlines detailed installation requirements, including removing previous console components, integrating hotlines and phone lines, and mounting positions in stacked console furniture with height-adjustable workstations. The contractor must perform installation under JITC and DISA standards, provide two copies of training materials for three technicians, offer standard manufacturer warranties, and deliver equipment to the 42CS/SCXE IT Warehouse at Maxwell AFB, Alabama. The project aims to replace an end-of-life communication system with a modern, fully integrated solution supporting critical command post communication needs.
