The work is to be performed in one continuous, uninterrupted operation, with all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, bonds, and insurance provided by the contractor.
The contract includes specific requirements for prevailing wages, certified payrolls, payment and performance bonds, and waste facility selection subject to City approval. At project completion, the contractor must submit a Demolition Closeout Report containing copies of all permits, notifications, daily logs from the hygienist and demolition contractor, and waste manifests. While the total compensation amount is not specified in the draft contract, the project is structured as a fixed lump sum bid, with the City reserving the right to audit the contractor's books and records related to the contract.
