About this file

This document is a set of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for a federal contract opportunity related to the procurement, replacement, upgrade, and repair of overhead electric traveling hoists, associated hangers, runway rails, and electrical control systems to support depot-level maintenance operations at the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) in San Diego, CA.

The CDRLs outline required deliverables such as a Key Events Schedule/Plan of Actions and Milestones, engineering drawings, wire rope assembly certifications, nondestructive test reports, operator/maintenance manuals, and field service reports. Delivery timelines, distribution requirements, and estimated pricing are provided for each CDRL item. The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price commercial contract to perform this work. The Government is conducting market research to identify potential large and small business contractors capable of meeting the draft Statement of Work requirements. Responses in the form of capability statements are due by December 5, 2024.
