About this file

This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) from Request for Proposal (RFP) 70RTAC24R00000016 for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Adobe Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) procurement. It requests the offeror's client to complete a survey evaluating the offeror's past performance on a previous contract across several criteria, including quality of product/service, schedule/timeliness, cost control, management, small business subcontracting, and regulatory compliance. The client is asked to provide an overall recommendation on whether they would hire the offeror for similar future requirements. The PPQ also includes rating guidelines to assist the client in evaluating the offeror's performance. This document is intended to be submitted directly to DHS as part of the offeror's proposal in response to the Adobe ELA RFP.
