About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details RF Digitizers requirements for the 10th Space Operations Squadron (10 SOPS) to support a backup microwave communication link at Laguna Peak. The solicitation seeks new Midwest Microwave Solutions RF transmitters and receivers with specific technical specifications, including four distinct products: two VHF/UHF Digital Transmitters (Tx-6100-120M and TX-6200-120M), a Quad Channel RF Digital Receiver (RX-6400), and an RF Digital Receiver (Rx-6000-02). Key requirements include frequency ranges of 30-6000MHz, 10GE SFP+ interfaces, precise frequency accuracy, and specific performance metrics like noise figure, gain control, and phase noise characteristics. All items must be new, and vendors must have a U.S. office and comply with the Buy American Act. Delivery is required 180 days after receipt (ARO), with coordination through 10 SOPS, and items will be shipped to the 10th Space Operations Squadron in Point Mugu, California.

STATEMENT OF WORK
FOR
RF Digitizers
1.0 Background:
10 SOPS is responsible for the operations of the Fleet Satellite Communications (FLTSATCOM), Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) Follow-On (UFO) and Multi User Objective System (MUOS) satellite constellations. 10 SOPS uses multiple Control Centers and Satellite Ground Link Sub System to operate these satellite constellations. One of the antennas used for mission is the 9.1m Viasat Antenna located at Laguna Peak 1,500-foot mountain peak. The control center communicates to the antenna via fiber cable installed between HQ building 375 and Laguna peak building 99. The premises have been impacted by fire and rodent damage. To mitigate the risk of fiber cable damage, , 10SOPS is installing a point-to-point microwave link as a backup communication from Laguna Peak to HQ control center. Part of the microwave system is to convert the Radio Frequency to IP. To perform this task, RF Digitizers (Digital Transmitters and Receivers) are required.
2.0 Requirements
Provide Brand Name or equal Midwest Microwave Solutions RF transmitters and receivers listed below. The specifications listed below (these are the minimum requirements; provider must meet or exceed the minimum requirements). All items are required to be new. Refurbished and used equipment will not be accepted.
Additionally, all offers shall have an office in the United States and comply with the Buy American Act per Far 25.1.
