About this file

This is a Bid Specification Verification and Delivery Sheet for the State of Colorado related to the CSEC C27R10 contract for Cameo Aggregate Road Base materials for Lee Field. The document outlines the delivery and specification requirements for aggregate road base material, with the primary focus on verifying that delivered materials meet specified quality and composition standards. The sheet includes detailed specifications for the aggregate material, including gradation requirements, dust content limits, and other physical properties that must be verified upon delivery to ensure compliance with project standards.

The verification sheet serves as a quality control and acceptance document that contractors must complete to confirm material specifications and delivery details. It establishes the framework for inspector verification of material properties, delivery quantities, and on-site conditions at Lee Field. The document includes sections for recording material test results, delivery dates, batch information, and inspector sign-off, ensuring that all aggregate road base material delivered to the project site meets the established engineering and construction specifications before acceptance and payment.
