About this file

This is a Specification Verification and Delivery Sheet for Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) solicitation DQ1 2026-0402, detailing requirements for industrial grade compressed gas supply and delivery services. The contract requires bi-weekly delivery of approximately 150 OX 200 compressed oxygen cylinders annually, with usage varying seasonally and year to year, to CPW's Chalk Cliffs Rearing Unit located at 22605 County Road 287, Nathrop, Colorado 81236. Additionally, the contract encompasses provision and delivery of industrial grade argon, argon/CO2 mix, and acetylene gases for a one-year initial term from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with four optional renewal years. The specification sheet establishes that delivery must commence by July 1, 2026, and oxygen cylinders must be inspected for leaks during and after exchange, while argon and acetylene deliveries are estimated quarterly and must be provided within two business days of customer request between 7 AM and 3 PM.

Vendors must include all delivery fees, fuel surcharges, hazmat charges, and applicable fees within quoted unit pricing, with no separate delivery charges permitted during invoicing. Pricing for argon and acetylene must be quoted per cubic feet and include all associated fees. Vendors must demonstrate the ability to swap cylinders regardless of age, manufacturer, or brand, and maintain a documented track record of valve quality assurance to prevent liability for lost gases. Billing requirements include establishing unique billing accounts with security protocols limiting modifications to account holders, maintaining historical accuracy of billing and delivery information, and accepting payment terms of net 45 days with 1 percent monthly interest. Vendors must also comply with the State of Colorado's Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and demonstrate capability to service the specified delivery location reliably.
