About this file

This document is a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) issued by the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) under the State of Maryland's Hardware Master Contract 060B2490022. The PORFP is seeking 24 HID Global full cabinet Livescan systems with associated peripherals such as palm print scanners, touch print duplex card printers, signature pads, and digital mugshot cameras to replace the agency's aging Livescan equipment. The required delivery date is May 1, 2023. The PORFP is open only to current Master Contractors under the Hardware Master Contract, and proposals are due by January 24, 2023 at 10:00 AM. The award will be made to the lowest priced responsive Master Contractor that meets the technical requirements.

The PORFP does not have a Small Business Reserve or Minority Business Enterprise goal. Invoicing and security requirements are also specified. The evaluation criteria prioritize conformance with the scope of work and price. The selected Master Contractor will be issued a Purchase Order to provide the requested Livescan equipment and services.
