About this file

This document is an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) Posting Tabulation from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for Cultural Resource Assessment Services. FDOT opened proposals for this opportunity on July 8, 2024 at 2:30 PM and has identified Ardurra Group, Inc. and Southeastern Archaeological Research, Inc. as the shortlisted vendors. FDOT intends to negotiate separately with the highest ranked vendor that reaches an acceptable agreement. The posting is open from July 16, 2024 at 5 PM until July 19, 2024 at 5 PM.

The document outlines the technical review team, the vendor rankings, and the intended award process. It states that no binding contract will exist until a written agreement is fully executed between FDOT and the awarded vendor. FDOT reserves the right to undertake negotiations with the next highest vendor or reject all proposals if irregularities are discovered or the vendor fails to comply with ITN requirements.
