About this file

This document is a Contractor Confidentiality Agreement for RFQ #06-01 between the Massachusetts Department of Revenue (DOR) and the contractor. The agreement states that the contractor and its employees may have access to confidential information maintained by DOR, including tax, wage report, and child support data, as well as other personal data. The contractor agrees to take necessary steps to ensure the confidentiality of this information and to use it only for the purposes outlined in the contract. The contractor must have each employee performing services under the contract sign a Contractor Employee Confidentiality Agreement before they can work on the contract, and the contractor must maintain these signed agreements and allow DOR to review them upon request.

The agreement does not provide any details about the actual contract opportunity, such as the products or services requested, project overviews, response dates, award information, or contract term. It is solely focused on the confidentiality requirements and restrictions around the handling of DOR's confidential information by the contractor and its employees.
