Description

The Branch of Print, Mail and Records Management (BPMRM) is evaluating

Web to Print solutions for their in-house Print Shop. To more effectively manage the ordering and production process for printed materials, BPMRM intends to acquire software that will allow BLS staff members to submit print jobs electronically. For purposes of obtaining the best value on behalf of the Federal

Government in this acquisition, an evaluation of industry availability will be conducted through the use of this Request for Information (RFI). Note: RFI responses will NOT be shared with other industry suppliers and will solely be used as part of the acquisition planning process.

Disclaimer: The following requested information to be provided is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), nor does it restrict the Government to a specific acquisition approach. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or to otherwise pay for the solicited information. Pricing information is not being sought at this juncture.

Submission of pricing information at this point may be grounds for disqualification from any future competition. Visual aids, e.g. screenshots that help exhibit how the software meets our requirements are strongly recommended to be included in response to this RFI.
