Questions /Comments

Q - 01 Attachments Sections L and M

Is the offeror permitted to submit additional Attachments (other than resumes and copies of state license/certification) in order to further illustrate its technical capabilities?

A - 01 Please follow the required criteria in the solicitation.

Q - 02 Copies of State

License/Certification Sections L and M

As a component of documentation of the experience and qualifications of the offeror’s physician/specialists, proof of licensure if required.

Rather than a copy of a paper license, which consultants may not retain and keep current, may we include as an Attachment data from the AMA Master File database that provides in a consistent format, verified and up to date primary source verification of state licensure, as well as other required information contained in this database?

A - 02 Please follow required criteria and documents in the solicitation.

Q - 03 Provider Coverage Overlap

Sections L & M

The solicitation mentions the need to show provider coverage in MSAs but then list two Metropolitan Divisions. The Washington, DC MSA and Metropolitan Division are largely one in the same but they have been listed as separate need areas.

The majority of the population residing in the Bethesda-Frederick-Rockville, MD Metropolitan Division live within 20 miles of Washington, DC so there is considerable overlap. What is the intended understanding and requirement of the provider needs given this overlap? Would it be sufficient to demonstrate provider coverage for the two listed MSAs and delete reference to Metropolitan Divisions?

A - 03 Please refer to website link under page 75 for definitions. With regard to MSA coverage, please refer to the solicitation Section L & M.

Q - 04 Redacted Component Section L May we confine the redacted component of the proposal to Volume I?

A - 04 Yes, redacted copy applies to Volume 1, Technical Capability.
