DOI_Specification_RFI_Workseet_12_19.xlsx

This is a detailed specification worksheet for a Department of the Interior (DOI) Uniform Program spanning multiple federal agencies including Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), Bureau of Ocean Energy (BOR), Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), National Park Service (NPS), and Public Programs (PP). The extensive document catalogs hundreds of uniform and accessory items with specific descriptions including fabric content, color, gender specifications, and manufacturing details for various professional roles such as rangers, special agents, law enforcement, volunteers, and other DOI personnel.

The uniform items range from tactical shirts, pants, and jackets to specialized gear like fleece vests, coveralls, hats, boots, and accessories including nameplates, patches, and tie bars. Each item is assigned a unique CLIN (Contract Line Item Number) and includes precise fabric composition (e.g., 65/35 Polyester Cotton, 100% Nylon), color specifications (Navy, Khaki, Green, Brown), and gender/role variants (Men's, Women's, Unisex). The worksheet appears to be a comprehensive inventory and specification guide for a multi-agency uniform procurement program, providing exhaustive details on materials, sizes, and configurations for different DOI operational needs.
