# Question Answer

I'm in the process of submitting a bid with the Florida Department of Health and received a website containing the necessary documents. However, I'm unsure where to go on the site to upload the documents and complete the bid submission.

This is my first time submitting a bid through the Florida Marketplace, so I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support you can provide.

Please refer to section 3.2, Instructions for Submittal, of the ITB.

Respondents are encouraged to carefully review the solicitation in its entirety and prepare responses accordingly.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
