About this file
This document is Addendum 2 to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for Technology of Participation (ToP) Training Services issued by the Florida Department of Health. The ITB seeks competitive bids for ToP training services to be provided in Leon County and the city of Tallahassee. The addendum provides responses to questions received regarding the ITB, including clarification that the maximum number of participants per training is 30, and that the Department will provide the vendor with a list of participants per training location. The original ITB was issued on a date that is not specified in the document.
The pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, and other salient commercial terms are not detailed in this addendum. The addendum focuses on responding to specific questions related to the ITB requirements and logistics, such as bid submission, due dates, and participant maximums.
